Personal data protection and GDPR

6.1. The seller processes the buyer’s personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR) and applicable laws of the Czech Republic.
6.2. The personal data collected (name, email address, payment details, and date of birth) are processed for the purpose of order fulfillment, product delivery, and communication with the buyer.
6.3. The buyer’s date of birth is used exclusively to generate personalized biorhythms as part of the product’s configuration.
6.4. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except for entities providing payment services or technical processing necessary to fulfill the contract.
6.5. The buyer has the right to:
  a) Access, rectify, or delete their personal data,
  b) Restrict the processing of their personal data,
  c) Object to the processing of their personal data,
  d) Request the portability of their personal data,
  e) Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Office for Personal Data Protection).
